Terms & Conditions:

Terms & Conditions Every attempt is made to ensure the highest degree of protection and performance from all Teamsportshop.com products. However, we cannot guarantee freedom from injury. The user assumes all risk relative to its use. Teamsportshop.com assumes no liability for improper use, maint
enance, or assembly negligence.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Teamsportshop.com shall have no liability, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise for any loss of profit or use, property damage, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential charges. Every product sold is with this condition, and representatives of Teamsportshop.com may not waive or change it. The purchaser hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Teamsportshop.com harmless from any claims or damages arising out of the use of the products by third parties.

This provision includes, but is not limited to, purchaser’s agreement that it will, in the event a claim is made, stand in place of Teamsportshop.com in investigating, responding to, and defending against the claim and will pay all damages, costs, and attorney fees associated with defending against the claim.

Ordering Information:

Due to the nature of our products and since every order is unique and customized for our clients; we will e-mail a quotation with the total sales amount, including any shipping or other charges. This will also have an estimate on production time.

If you agree to the charges, we will request payment to begin processing your order. Terms are prepaid.  We will send an e-mail invoice utilizing Paypal, an online and secure credit card processing system. Your information remains private and secure.

We can also accept money orders and checks. We reserve the right to wait until funds have cleared to begin processing your order. We reserve the right to refuse to process orders with incomplete information or, where a transfer of funds cannot be completed.

Orders with a different Bill to and Ship to address may take longer to complete due to the time it takes to verify authenticity.

Warranty:

Teamsportshop.com warranties all products against material and manufacturing defects up to one year from date of purchase. Products found, in the sole discretion of Teamsportshop.com , to be misused, abused, or improperly maintained, will not be guaranteed. Refund, repair, or replacement, will be the purchaser’s sole remedy for any and all damage caused by, arising out of, or relating to any product, purchased, but not limited to any claim for breach of any warranty, express or implied, with respect to any product.Teamsportshop.com reserves the right to change these terms at any time, without any prior written notice to the purchaser.

Sales Policy:

All sales are payable in US Funds only. We accept payments through Paypal as well as mailed Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks. We reserve the right to wait until payment has cleared the bank in order to begin processing your order. All orders must be prepaid. School Districts, Companies, and Government Agencies can contact us if they are interested in setting up an account.

We will only sell to adults over the age of 18.

If Legal Action is required to collect any debt owed to teamsportshop.com on account of any invoice, legal fees incurred in the collection will be awarded to the prevailing party.

Past due accounts will be charged 1.5% per month.

Force Majeure and Governing Law:

Neither party shall be in default hereunder by reason of any failure or delay in the performance of any obligation under this Agreement where such failure or delay arises out of any cause beyond the reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of such party. The provisions of this Agreement shall be construed and the performance thereof governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.

Venue:

In the event of a dispute, purchaser agrees the proper and only venue to decide the question is Multnomah County, Oregon, USA.

Severability:

If a provision of this contract is found to be invalid by a court of law, the remainder of this agreement will remain intact.

Freight Policy:

We strive to send all orders by the most efficient, cost effective and secure means available. Rush shipments and large items will be charged actual freight.

All products drop shipped from Teamsportshop.com will be F.O.B. Portland, OR, 97220 unless otherwise arranged with dealer. Risk of loss passes to purchaser upon delivery of product by Teamsportshop.com to a carrier. Inspect all shipments for freight damage when received. Freight damage claims must be filed within 10 business days of receipt, at the receiving end.

Return Policy Terms:

All returns must be accompanied by a written return authorization. Authorized returns of salable merchandise may be subject to a (15-20%) restocking charge. We cannot authorize returns on custom imprinted items if no mistake is made on our part. Garments that have been printed or worn, awards that have been printed or engraved, and custom banners are not eligible for return. The purchaser is responsible for return freight and insurance.

Pricing Policy:

Teamsportshop.com reserves the right to change prices without notice in the event of extreme conditions.

Privacy Policy:

Teamsportshop.com is dedicated to protecting your privacy. We will never sell or rent information gathered from customers. Any information gathered from customers is used to determine our market strategy and to help us offer what our customers are looking for.
